Our two companies set standards

Branscheid Umformtechnik

Forged parts are produced at Branscheid Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG site. We produce forged parts weighing between 0.3 and 25 kg in our plant. From the design of the workpiece and manufacture of the moulds to production and quality assurance - we provide all services in-house.

The company is a supplier to the rail industry and produces for manufacturers of agricultural commercial vehicles and for mechanical engineering.

Ketten Branscheid

Ketten Branscheid GmbH in Ennepetal is responsible for the manufacture of the accessory components and further processing right through to the assembly of the modules. This site is also where the production of chainwheels, shafts and abrasive liners takes place.

The wishes and requirements of the customer are at the heart of our work. We can rely on the many years of experience of our employees and our state-of-the-art technical equipment.

We carry out comprehensive bending and tensile tests, detailed material analyses, microstructure and crack analyses as well as hardness tests in our own test laboratory.
